Is it safe for me to order online?

When and how will my order ship?

We aim to despatch all goods within 7 days of receipt of order.

Once despatched goods should take 3-5 days to arrive.

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of your goods in order to allow for unforseen delays with stock, despatch or shipping.


What is your policy regarding price changes, product availability and order quantities?

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased.

What is your return policy?

We are sure that you will be entirely delighted with your new purchase from Stauer. Upon delivery, please be sure to unpack and examine the goods to your satisfaction. Should any items arrive faulty or damaged; or in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, then you may return your goods, unused and in their original packaging, within 30-days of delivery, without losing the right to cancel your contract.

Please report any faults or damages as soon as reasonably possible to our Customer Services Department. If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days after you receive your goods to do so. For returning your merchandise please follow the steps below:

1. Call our Customer Services team on 0870 770 6935. Upon contacting the team you will be given instructions on how to return your goods. Please note goods will not be accepted or refunded without a Return Authorisation Number - this will be issued to you when you contact the Customer Services team.
2. All goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
3. For all goods returned, the customer is responsible for the cost of postage and packaging.

How do I ship to another person?

Above the Order Button on the order form is a "Ship to above Billing address" checkbox. By default it is checked, however if it is unchecked a shipping order form will appear.You can enter the address you wish to ship your order to there.
